Style- Inspired by a Katie Holmes Outfit

Today I went with my mother and brother to work on our community garden plot... NOT in this outfit, of course! It was a fun workout- I shoveled mulch and pulled weeds for about an hour.

Another thing I did was alter these jeans- I took a seam down the inside of the legs, converting the ugly over-loose bootcut into a straight peg leg. I'm wearing them rolled in a three inch cuff.

It was chilly out there, but the sun doth shine and the wind durst not bite through my sweater. I remain joyous (especially because tomorrow will be sunny and 80 degrees Fahrenheit- time to bring out the shorts!)

Only time for a quick post today. The morning started out rainy as the family went to do grocery shopping, but cleared out at midday.
In other news, the demise of Blockbuster means I get to see Coco Before Chanel! Very much looking forward to it. We bought the DVD for only five dollars- I was actually quite surprised to see it there.
